💜 It’s important to note that sublimation printing requires specialized equipment, inks, and substrates. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be accommodated if improper substrates, printing materials, or user error prevent successful image transfer.
💜 Colors may vary due to differences in devices, printers, inks, and substrates. I kindly advise that refunds cannot be processed for minor color variations caused by these factors. However, if you encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

For licensing purposes, a “small business owner” or “independent crafter” refers to an individual or small team that is independently owned and operated, typically operating on a small scale (such as under 500 employees or an equivalent local standard), creating and selling handmade, made-to-order, or small-batch physical products while providing direct customer service to their buyers.

YOU MAY NOT:

❌ Distribute the original Keepsake Haven images to others as freebies, swaps, downloads, or shared resources, individually or in sets.
❌ Sell, share, or distribute these designs or any derivative works in digital format of any kind, including but not limited to digital downloads, digital bundles, clipart, design packs, or digital collections.
❌ Upload or use Keepsake Haven designs on mass print-on-demand marketplaces (such as Redbubble, TeePublic, or similar platforms) where the seller does not provide direct customer service to the end customer.
